Obesity

In Mexico the lack of exercise and bad nutrition is causing childhood obesity that results in fatal diseases.

Introduction

Throughout time Mexico has been known as a country with bad habits because most Mexicans have the custom of eating fast-food with a lot of fats, few nutrients. Also the lack of exercise in childhood contributes to obesity in Mexico. Having an adequate habit of exercise can give a child good health. Videogames or watching television increases the risk of obesity.

Having exercise in life is very important to feeling good and to being in good shape. Unfortunately children do not know this. Adults are the ones that need to show children the benefits of exercise to help avoid the obesity, because when sedentary children grow up, they will become obese adults with a high risk of diseases. This can lead to can an early death. Being an obese child can cause damage to the mental health that can last a lifetime. Obese children are more likely to be bullied and as result when they grow up they became insecure.

Most people think that the obesity epidemic is not dangerous but they are wrong because obesity causes heart diseases, some several types of cancer, snoring, and other diseases that can cause death. One of the most dangerous diseases is diabetes, this disease is a disorder of metabolism; the process that turns food into energy. This disease is related to childhood obesity but when they are mixed is very dangerous.

Obesity is a common problem Mexico has and it is affecting children´s health and their development at the course life.

I agree with this post, Mexicans are getting used more and more in consuming fast food or food that contains a lot of fat, and not only that; it is the way we eat that matters, and we do not have an adequate way of eating. We need to improve our information on this matter, to investigate our proper way of eating, a balanced way. Exercise of course is very important and I agree that adult people should give young people the example of exercising, because really is something easy to do; we do not need to do hours and hours of exercise, just half hour and keeping a good ingesting rhythm is enough to have a good health and prevent all these kind of diseases.

I worried about how society can be so naive. as they come to believe everything that goes on television and Mexico apart from being a country of great ancient culture, contemporary culture is very poor, badly educated people are in front of the television Believing that what they see is right and they think that if they eat more they would be healthier.
